However now, with this new transportation bill becoming law on Monday, taxes will go up to generate $1B a year for transportation needs in Georgia. So traffic should improve, right? Their daughter, Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, was born on Saturday morning, and her name (and official title) were released about a day later. Everyone is pretty excited for this new bundle of joy that technically could “rule” the United Kingdom someday since she’s fourth in line for the throne.
